Stay Inn Kannapolis, NC - Concord

Rooms are decent not much furniture only the bed to sit on no chairs or tables to sit at. Our room in particular has a micro fridge and a microwave. Lighting is really bright outside so at night when you wake up it looks like it's daylight out. Good for security purposes bad for light sleepers.

I came to this motel six as a rest stop due to long driving. Katina at the front desk was very kind and professional and answered all my questions. The room we had was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stop here to rest again! Thank you Ms Katina for creating a positive and great experience for us!

This is a decent hotel for the price. We stayed here twice recently when having issues with our water at our home. Our rooms were clean. The staff was nice. And there is a large convenience store across the street open 24hrs and a Waffle House next door. The only negative was the two people we saw hanging out in the parking lot at midnight and then sleeping in their car for some reason. They were being a little rowdy.

Today is 11/23/25 I stayed at the hotel last night, and it was nice. My room was renovated with new comfortable beds,shower, and night stands. There was a nice tv, refrigerator, and a work microwave which was also clean. No big at all. Thank you for the nice stay.

Very helpful in a particular time of need. Are the accommodations the best... No. Are the rooms clean... Absolutely not. Did the night clerk let us stay and pay a day later...yes. so for helping us out when we simply had a miscommunication with our bank it's 5 stars. Would i recommend a stay here... .

This motel was clean and great, friendly staff, and very easy access from the interstate. I appreciated the steps they took for covid-19, they were wearing masks and had signs to keep a 6ft space. Room was very clean and the night was quiet. I will be stopping again on my way back home.

Came to stay a few nights so I can explore around (planning to move to NC from FL) and for the price it's not that bad. For the first day there was no hot water but I saw they finally resolved it. Glad it had heat since it was cold outside. Out of all the motel 6 I stayed at (between FL & MI), this is a first that offers a decent rate and actually has a microwave and fridge. The amazing part is that there is a Pilots gas station literally across the street and has a subway so easy access to food, drinks and coffee. Pros: Reasonably priced Pilots gas station across the street Comfortable rooms Easy parking Fast WiFi Cons: Near a freeway (hearing all the trucks) Rooms is out of date Towels are too small Overall, best Motel 6 I've ever been to in between my travels from FL to MI.

Overall it was a good stay. When we first arrived there was plenty of parking, the woman at the front desk was not very pleasant, but we got to our room which was clean, but looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90's, with an old Zenith tube TV and outdated furniture. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, but we were awaken by people outside trying to start their cars and talking loudly at 6AM. For the price, I'd stay here again.
